Our First Scottish Dementia Arts Festival
Taken place at the Eden Court Theatre, Inverness, November 13th to 16th 2023.
Your Invitation
All of us at Deepness are really excited about this years' 100/6000 Gathering and the very first Scottish Dementia Arts Festival which will be held in Inverness in November this year.
We hope that you will be able to join us.
As always, we have some sponsored places for people with dementia to attend alongside their care partner if they need their support to attend.
Workers are welcome to attend this event over held on the Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th November 2023.
Everyone is also welcome to the Scottish Dementia arts festival which runs from the 13th – 16th November. The festival is free, and people can donate if they wish. All funds raised will be used to help the festival to happen in Dundee in 2024.
The current programme for both events (subject to change) can be found within this document. The Gathering is Free for people with dementia and where necessary their unpaid support. There is a cost for Workers or Students and a suggested contribution from those who can afford to contribute. (Please note we do not set any parameters on what constitutes affordability and leave this decision to every individual).

The Cost to attend both days of the 100/6000 Gathering is as follows,
Worker Two Days Attendance £125
Student / Apprentice Two Day £60
Suggested Contribution Two Day Low/No waged £40
Person Living with Dementia £0
Essential Support Person £0
REGISTRATION
Registration to the event includes refreshments at the reception on the afternoon of the 13th teas/coffee and lunch during the gathering on the 14th and 15th of November as well as all the sessions of the gathering. The event is not designed to make profit and every person who has a paid place ensures that more people who cannot pay can attend.
*Please note this is suggested if someone cannot pay anything this will not be a barrier to them registering for a place.
